Update on me

First off I am back to getting serious about being frugal. I have been working so much that I have not really thought much about it. Now that I may be unemployed again and if not I am looking for a new job -- I need to think of what is important to me. I do like having my money in my pocket or bank. I don't like the way I have been spending left and right.

This weekend is suppose to be nice so my goal is to wash and put the clothes outside to dry. Saves me a ton not to use the dryer. This is something I was very diligent with last spring and summer and plan to get back to that.

I also took out a turkey breast to make in my GF Rotisserie that I received as a gift. Along with a family size GF grill. I have an extra that I might try and sell. It is in perfect condition but do I really need to of them. We will be using up the food in the deep freezer so I can get that puppy defrosted - it is an old one. And start over with stocking it. But we need to eat what is in there.

Today we got a free lunch at work. Love those free lunches and we get a free soda on Friday. So I took advantage of that too.

Heat has been off for a few weeks now. Good thing since the winter bills were rough this year.

Since I have the whole weekend off. I want to plan out a budget for May. Something I really have not been doing.

Just looking forward to not thinking of work at all for 48 plus hours and reading up on all the blogs I have not been able to read.
