Life is keeping me busy

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. Life is keeping me busy. So I have not had time to write much. I so miss my computer and can't wait till I can get a new one. I am so thankful that I am a 10 min. walk to the library. I got here at 9 am and there was a line outside the door for people waiting to get in. Never thought I would see that. So most of us came up to the computer section. You can have 2 hours a day and I use that for mostly job searching. In the last few days I have applied for 6 or more so jobs. I am feeling much more comfortable with the writing of cover letters and I just revamped my resume so I am crossing my fingers. So most weeks I can be here 7 days a week. Starting Sunday our library is open at 1pm.

Good news I have an interview on Monday. The job is 2.5 miles from my house. I could walk if I wanted. Wisconsin winter's are harsh so I will as much as possible. Put in a good word for me will. All prayers needed and accepted.

Still living as cheap as possible. It is getting cold here so soon I will be buying some plastic for the windows. I believe I have some left from last year so I should not have to buy as much. I am going to try and keep the heat as low as I did last year. Oh and we are getting a rebate on our gas bills $10.75! I will take whatever I can get.

I will try and get here Monday and let you know how my interview went.

Sometimes those kids know what they are talking about!

My son wants to join the Y. We are thinking it would cost about $28.00 a month. He said get rid of cable so he can go to the Y. Who would of thought a teenager would want to go to the Y instead of watching TV. I am not sure if we can join the Y but I am looking into it.

Not much else going on. Still working at Walgreens and looking for a job. Although my job hunting has been less these last 2 weeks since I have been working so much and with the holiday.

I do plan on spending a lot of time tomorrow and Saturday doing the job search thing.
